Qualification studied during apprenticeship:  Lv2 Business Admin

Duration of apprenticeship: 12 months 

Day release requirements: Optional 

Functional Skills: Undertaking additional level 2 maths, English & ICT classes may be required if candidate does not hold A-C

Additional Requirements: Must have been an EU resident for the past 3 years.  Must not already hold a degree or Level 4 qualification.

 

Employer Job Description:

Due to expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Administrative Assistant/Administrator to join our logistics team in at our Head Office in Crewe. This is a varied role and the right candidate will be able to tackle a wide range of tasks and challenges.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Arranging deliveries with customers.
  • Assisting the warehouse and logistics teams with paperwork.
  • General administrative tasks eg. filing, handling post, creating/amending documents.
  • Route planning.
  • Liaising with couriers.
  • Updating customers records.
