Functional Skills: Undertaking additional level 2 maths, English & ICT classes may be required if candidate does not hold A-C

Additional Requirements: Must have been an EU resident for the past 3 years. Must not already hold a degree or Level 4 qualification.

 

Employer Job Description:

Sure Retail Equipment Limited, a successful family firm, who are a high-quality display equipment company located in Crewe are currently looking for a friendly and reliable person to join their team as a Customer Service and Admin Support Apprentice.

Two vacancies’ have arisen as a result of our current apprentices of two years, successfully completing their first year of training and being offered permanent roles. Thereafter both chose to continue their studies with us and have gone on to specialise in certain areas of the business that appealed to them.

 

As a Business Admin Apprentice your role will involve;

  • Dealing with emails
  • Working on the computer
  • Using spreadsheets
  • Inbound and outbound calling
  • Working with customers
