Ready for your next step? Get off to the best start with a Higher Education qualification from Mid Cheshire College.
The best of both worlds, a foundation degree combines classroom teaching with relevant work-based learning. By the end of the course you’ll have a strong academic understanding of your subject, as well the practical skills you’ll need to launch a successful career in your chosen industry.
Studying a foundation degree is equivalent to the first two years of a university Honours degree, so you can expect the same expert staff and exceptional standards of teaching. On its own, a foundation degree is a valuable qualification for unlocking career opportunities, or you can choose to go on to university and convert it into a full Honours degree.
HNC & HND Courses
Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) courses are a great way to gain vital hands-on experience for your future career, backed up with top quality teaching. Cover all of the practical and academic elements that are essential for your chosen industry, all within Mid Cheshire College’s top quality learning, studio and workshop environments.
HNC and HND courses focus on giving you the best opportunities to excel in your chosen field — whether it’s engineering or art, music or sport — and once you’ve qualified you can also choose to progress to university and ‘top up’ your qualification to an Honours degree.
