Take the first step towards a career in engineering or computing with an HE course from Mid Cheshire College. Gain all the vital practical skills you’ll need to establish yourself in the engineering or computing industry, backed up with a solid theoretical understanding of your field.

Your course is taught by industry experts. You’ll be able to specialise in your chosen area, giving you the precise skillset you need.

You’ll get stuck in, working with top-of-the-range equipment in the college’s workshops and IT suites. You’ll become experienced working with the same systems and tasks that you’ll need in your career. Like creating and troubleshooting computer networks, or getting to grips with electrical power systems and materials engineering.

If you’re already employed in either sector, a HE qualification is a great way to boost your opportunities for career progression. If you’re starting out, it can unlock career opportunities, and you have the option of advancing to university to convert your qualification into an Honours degree.
