Earn a professional qualification as you work with a Children’s Care and Development apprenticeship from Mid Cheshire College.

Build a rewarding career that helps children thrive. On your course you’ll gain all of the vital background, theory and practical skills which inform current childcare practices. You’ll cover the essentials of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

At Mid Cheshire you can work towards a level 2 or level 3 diploma in Childcare, awarded by City and Guilds. With the level 3 certification, you’ll be a qualified Early Years Practitioner — a perfect way to begin a career in childminding or nursery work.

If you need to, you can work towards GCSE Maths and English qualifications alongside your course, giving you the grades you need to unlock job opportunities.
