Apprenticeships

If you’re working in health and social care, you can gain a qualification as you earn, with an apprenticeship from Mid Cheshire College.

Ideal for care home or day care staff, an apprenticeship course allows you to pursue a diploma qualification that’s recognised nationally, without needing to take time out of work. All of your training and professional development will happen on the job, with input from the college in collaboration with your employer.

You’ll gain essential insight into care best practices, and prove your knowledge of the care industry. Qualifications are awarded by City and Guilds and range up to a level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership and Management.
