Day release requirements: No

Functional Skills: Undertaking additional level 2 maths, English & ICT classes may be required if candidate does not hold A-C

Additional Requirements: Must have been an EU resident for the past 3 years.  Must not already hold a degree or Level 4 qualification.

 

Employer Job Description:

General office administration duties, including:

  • Taking customer calls & logging details on software
  • Coordinating service engineers to daily routes and picking consumables to issue to the carrier each day
  • Type & distribute memos from the directors
  • Take & log engineer mileages into spreadsheets
  • Deal with petty cash expenses
  • Dealing with the post
  • Ordering tools & equipment for the engineers

Potentially trained to provide holiday cover for other roles.
