Day release requirements: No 

Functional Skills: Undertaking additional level 2 maths, English & ICT classes may be required if candidate does not hold A-C

Additional Requirements: Must have been an EU resident for the past 3 years.  Must not already hold a degree or Level 4 qualification.

This is an exciting time to be part of the Operations Department within the Document and Archive Storage business of Compass Minerals, a UK based Winsford Rock Salt Mine. Our DeepStore business is expanding and you will be playing a key role in the journey. Our purpose is to provide cost effective and innovative records management solutions. This is why our Apprenticeship Programme focuses on recruiting and developing the Records Managers of the future.

As an Apprentice you will work closely with all areas of the business, focusing mainly on operations, transport and customer service. By supporting you to gain NVQ qualifications, the programme will help you to develop as a multi-skilled records manager working on a range of high profile projects. You will spend the majority of your working week on site and underground at the Winsford Rock Salt Mine with support from an assessor at Mid Cheshire College to complete your qualifications
